This Refund & Returns Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made on era24.co.uk (“Website”), operated by ERA24UK (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by this Policy.


1. Important Notice – Downloadable Products (Non-Refundable)

All downloadable, digital, or electronically delivered products are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

Before purchasing any digital product, customers are strongly advised to contact us at info@era24.co.uk if they have any questions or uncertainties.
Once purchased, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued for digital items.


2. Mandatory Contact Requirement Before Any Return

Customers must contact us before attempting to return any physical product.

Do not send any product back to us or to any manufacturer without explicit written instructions from ERA24UK.

Failure to obtain prior authorization may result in:

  • the return being rejected,
  • the item being refused upon delivery,
  • no refund being issued.

3. Return Eligibility (Physical Products Only)

Our standard return period lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
After 30 days, no refunds or exchanges will be granted.

To qualify for a return:

  • the item must be unused,
  • in the same condition received,
  • in its original packaging,
  • accompanied by proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to inspect any returned item before approving a refund or exchange.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund:

8. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items qualify for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are strictly non-refundable.


9. Exchanges

10. Gifts

If a product was marked as a gift at the time of purchase:

  • You may receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item.
  • Once the return is processed, a gift certificate will be issued.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


11. Shipping Returns

Do not ship any items without prior written return instructions.

Once approved, customers are responsible for:

  • return shipping costs,
  • ensuring safe packaging,
  • using tracking or insurance for high-value items.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and any refund amount may have return shipping deducted.


12. Fraud, Abuse, and Misconduct

ERA24UK maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:

  • unauthorized chargebacks,
  • intentional misuse of the refund policy,
  • fraudulent claims or delivery disputes,
  • repeated returns indicating abuse.

In cases of suspected fraud or abuse:

  • orders may be cancelled,
  • access to the website may be suspended or permanently blocked,
  • relevant information (including IP addresses and transaction records) may be retained and, when required or permitted by law, shared with payment processors, financial institutions, law enforcement, or cybercrime authorities for investigation.

We only share such information in accordance with applicable data-protection and legal requirements.
